The workshop will deal with mixed-effects modelling with random and fixed effects in R with the package lme4. After an introduction into mixed models, we will introduce how to fit, interpret and plot models. Furthermore, we will cover logistic mixed models and outlier detection and/or correction. Depending on participants' preferences, models could be developed for individual datasets.
